TROTON is responsible for using your personal data in accordance with the The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.
Due to the new general data protection regulation GDPR that came into force on the 25th of May of 2018, we are adjusting our procedures in order to guarantee you the highest and safest service quality.
We have gathered below the most important information regarding all the necessary changes that need to take place. You can find out below how we process your personal data and the new rights enforced by the new regulation from the 25th of May of 2018. At the same time, we would like to stress that even before the introduction of the new regulations, your personal data entrusted to us has been protected.
The administrator of your personal data is TROTON Sp. z o.o., Ząbrowo 14A, 78-120 Gościno.
Your personal data is processed based on your consent or on any other basis permitted by the new regulation. This also applies to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes in order to inform about our products, services, offers and promotions. Your data will never be sold or transferred to any third parties, except for cases permitted by law, and only for the purpose of processing orders and sales. Personal data given to us with your consent are processed according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a)GDPR.
Personal data used by the administrator for its legitimate interests are processed according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Legitimate interests may include:
– forwarding information about our products, services, offers and promotions.
– reporting or refusal of legal claims,
– preventing crimes and conducting related investigations,
– ensuring the security of our information systems,
– Internal group processes for the administration of customer data.
When placing orders for our products or services, the collected data is processed with the purpose of fulfilling the placed order or fulfilling previous existing contracts between both parties according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
You can withdraw your consent to process your personal data at any time without giving any reason, just contact us by sending the information to the address of the Company’s registered office or to our email address troton@troton.com.pl
The cancelation of your consent does not affect the processing that took place previously, and despite the consent cancelation we can still process your data to ensure compliance with the legal obligations imposed on us. This processing is then carried out according to the art. 6 par. 1 lit. c) GDPR.
The absence of objection within the period of 14 days from the date of notification is considered as acceptance of the above information and confirmation of the consent submitted so far (including the receipt of marketing information). Your opposition in regards to our use of your personal data can be submitted by e-mail, by phone or by post. At the same time, we would like to stress that the lack of acceptance of the above information or the withdrawal of the previously granted consent to our processing of personal data also means our products and services will no longer be available to you.
